An agnostic sex worker and a newly single rabbi fall in love; find out if their relationship survives their wildly different lives and interfering families. The original title was ‘Shiksa’ which is also the last word spoken in the first episode. This show is intoxicating. The script is funny, witty and warm. The main characters have great chemistry and all the supporting characters add their valuable flavor. Kristen Bell is one of those actresses who makes the best choices when it comes to who she stars with and what she takes on, and this is no exception. This is a story that makes you want to be apart of their world. Adam Brody’s character is similar to Seth, but 20 years later – grown up, mature and still delightfully funny. I really hope they renew the series and continue to give us great content. One of my favorite light comedy shows of the year!
