Saw this film today at the New Palace complex in Sydney with less than 10 people in attendance! It was hard to keep my eyes dry, from sheer sadness but also from joy to witness such a work. Oh, I need double the number of characters! As a French child, I was pretty good at Spanish, so I also liked the language, which was not too fast and clear enough for me to understand a little of it without reading the subtitles! So if “you” too are learning Spanish, this may be another reason to watch this beautiful story, which I understand is also a true story.
