The Gaccione crime family (pronounced "gah-CHO-nee") is one of the newest organized crime syndicates within the United States of America known to operate within the state of San Andreas and Los Santos specifically as part of the worldwide phenomena known as La Cosa Nostra. The family was originally a single crew run by Joseph Gaccione, an alleged member of the Chicago Outfit, from which the family bears its name.
